Carter’s Review

"Despite early notoriety, the large Park West Village complex has survived as one of the more attractive of its kind in the city and its location adjacent to Central Park and the renaissance of the Upper West Side above 86th Street have made it quite desirable.

It comprises seven, red-brick apartment houses of 16 to 20 stories between 97th and 100th streets."

The building looks and smells like a nursing home. Most of the tenants are geriatric and use walkers. The units are not that nice- you can find much better on the UWS for cheaper prices. I wasted 20 minutes of my life looking here.
