63 Wall Street

Doorman No fee rental located in Financial District, between Hanover Street & Pearl Street

Overview of 63 Wall Street

63 Wall Street combines two pre-war office buildings converted into a full-block, 476-unit rental complex, complete with Jazz Age-styled amenities that make for an all-inclusive, vertical city experience in finest Gotham style. A dramatic, hipped-roof pinnacle with large octagonal windows and projecting gargoyles crowns the 37-story tower at 67 Wall Street, while 63 Wall Street’s 25-story wedge, adorned with nautical reliefs, juts out at the intersection of Wall and Beaver streets.

Units range from studios to two bedrooms and span between 405 and 705 square feet. Opulent common areas feature a grand chandelier lounge, a marble-clad elevator lobby, a sunlit fitness center, a game room, a children’s playroom, a library, and a wood-paneled “speakeasy” bar with original chandeliers and velvet seating. The roof deck that allows for grilling within view of Wall Street gargoyles. The centrally-located complex sits within a short walk of the Financial District’s ever-growing array of shopping and dining destinations.

Carter’s Review

"A very prominent but not terribly distinguished Wall Street tower, this building was erected in 1928 for Brown Brothers Harriman and converted to rental apartments in 2003.

It is 37 stories tall and contains 476 apartments. The site had been the address of Brown Brothers Harriman for 168 years before it moved to 140 Broadway."
