"As the southern promontory for the huge and fine Battery Park City development along the Hudson River in Lower Manhattan, this 40-story, mixed-use tower, which was completed in the spring of 2001, has 114 condominium apartments above 311 Ritz-Carlton hotel rooms.

The tower, which is known as The Ritz Carlton Residences at 10 West Street has a red-brick and silver-colored fa?ade not unlike some other projects of the developer, Millennium Partners, in the Lincoln Center area."
