Carter’s Review

"The western anchor of one of the city's most distinguished blocks, this attractive, 33-story building has many stunning views of Central Park over the many "studio" mid-rise buildings to the east.

Erected in 1984 as a condominium, this attractive-reddish-brick building has about 170 apartments, some with high ceilings, in a tower setback over a low-rise base that has a spacious lobby and very attractive retail frontage. It has many corner windows."
