"Constructed in 1907 in classic Beaux-Arts style, 31 West 21st Street is distinguished by its rustic red brick, stone leaf moldings and distinctive bay windows. Once home to shirt manufacturers and cloak and suit merchants, 31 West 21st Street has been renovated to provide large full floor, open space residences. Residences are all 4,713-square-foot lofts.

Kitchen amenities include cooking island, maple wood cabinetry, limestone countertop and opal glass backsplash. Viking Designer Series appliances include five burner range, wall oven and a built-in wine cooler. Other appliances are SubZero refrigerators, Bosch dishwashers, GE microwave ovens, garbage disposal and Grohe hardware.
