Carter’s Review
"One of the most attractive contemporary buildings in Chelsea, the Caroline was designed by Richard Cook & Associates and Costas Kondylis and is notable for its rooftop pergolas and its nice proportions.
The building houses the city's largest New York Health & Racquet Club, has a large courtyard with a formal European-style garden on the fourth floor, and has a garage, bicycle storage, a pet concierge, valet services, some terraces and balconies, and central climate control. It also has floor-to-ceiling windows and walk-in closets and allows pets."
