At 93 stories and 1,066 feet tall, The Brooklyn Tower redefines the NYC skyline with a supertall skyscraper that soars higher than the Chrysler Building. Brought to market by JDS Development Group with an envelope by the award-winning SHoP Architects, its striking design presents an eloquent, expressive dialogue between Brooklyn's past and future. The project incorporates the adjacent Dime Savings Bank, restoring its landmarked spaces while drawing inspiration from its unique Neoclassical motifs and patterning.

Benefitting from transcendent city and water views, Brooklyn Tower's 150 condominium residences start at the 53rd floor and range from studios to four bedroom layouts. Each residence is honed by AD 100 interior design firm Gachot Studios who aspired to create a refined aesthetic that is full of warmth and welcome. A tranquil interior experience is achieved through richly layered finishes and custom design elements such as hexagonal mosaic flooring, antique rubbed bronze detailing, and rich mahogany. All residences feature soaring ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows, and European white oak flooring in an elegant honey stain.
