"This very handsome, Renaissance revival-style, 12-story co-operative apartment building at 840 Broadway on the southeast corner at 13th Street was erected in 1899.  It has 11 apartments and ground-floor retail space. 

It was designed by Robert Maynicke for Henry Corn. "
