Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 15-story, red-brick apartment house was erected in 1925 and converted to a cooperative in 1989.

The mid-block building has a one-story limestone base and a second-story decorative limestone window surround above its canopied entrance. It has sidewalk landscaping and beveled-glass entrance doors and an elevator person. . It has no garage and no health club."
