Carter’s Review

"One of the most handsome, large, pre-war apartment buildings in the West Village, this 17-story, brown-brick building fronts on a small park on Eighth Avenue.

It was one of two similar buildings overlooking the park erected in 1931. They were both converted to condominiums in 1986."

Open exposures all around and a pretty park in front. Pre-war apartment buildings with doorman are rare in the West Village, condos even more so.
There is indeed a concierge, and its NYC - who needs a garage! Transportation is everywhere and in every direction. It's an excellent area and a quiet building.
