Carter’s Review

"This very handsome pre-war, 11-story building was erected in 1887 for the manufacture of lamps for horse-drawn carraiges. It was converted to a condominium with 28 apartments.

It is located on one of the city's most attractive streets of converted lofts and has a doorman, a live-in super, a spacious lobby with a fountain, a private on-site parking garage, and apartments with high ceilings. Deeded parking spaces are available for additional purchase. It has arched windows on its four top floors and an excellent TriBeCa location in the center of a celebrated downtown community with the best restaurants, shops, parks, and schools right outside the door."
