Carter’s Review

"This attractive, red-brick, 17-story apartment building was erected in 1966 and converted to a cooperative in 1981. It has 176 apartments.

This street and King Street, one block away, have many attractive brownstones that fortunately survived the commercial redevelopment of this area in the early part of the 20th Century."

Broker & Buyer Comments

This "well-serviced" residential building offers "convenient" amenities including 24-hour doorman and live-in super, while the "accommodating" board keeps things running smoothly. Transit couldn't be better with "excellent access" to multiple subway lines (C, E, 1) and buses. Building perks include the practical addition of bicycle storage and laundry facilities, making this a "hassle-free" living experience in a prime downtown location.

Sales History

Price/Room (Est)

Why are we displaying the estimated price per room?

For some co-ops, instead of price per square foot, we use an estimate of the number of rooms for each sold apartment to chart price changes over time. This is because many co-op listings do not include square footage information, and this makes it challenging to calculate accurate square-foot averages.

By displaying the price per estimated room count, we are able to provide a more reliable and consistent metric for comparing sales in the building. While we hope that this gives you a clearer sense of price trends in the building, all data should be independently verified. All data provided are only estimates and should not be used to make any purchase or sale decision.
