"The Egyptian limestone façade of the lower six-floors of this 8-story residential condominium building at 25 Bond Street is extremely appealing not only because of its tactile surface and brightness but also because of its syncopated rhythms and depths.

The building was developed by Goldman Properties, which is headed by Tony Goldman, who owns several prominent buildings in nearby SoHo as well as South Beach in Miami."
