"110 Duane is a luxury condominium in the heart of TriBeCa.

The building has spcious lofts and was formerly a warehouse before it was converted into residences. Sun-filled apartments have large windows, ample storage space and ceiling heights between 10 and 15 feet. Penthouse units at 110 Duane Street have terraces."
