Carter’s Review

"The group of six 5-story buildings containing 24 condominium apartments at 215-223 North 11th Street and 2-6 Roebling Street at very close to McCarren Park in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn and were developed by Anthony Fernicola in 2003.

The beige-brick buildings are distinguished by arched white stucco bases and set-back rooftop arched dormers, each with two windows. The second, third and fourth stories have protruding lintels above the windows that coupled with the arched bases give the complex a slightly textured façade."
