New Yorkers are a discerning people but so are their pets. Sometimes it isn't enough that your condo comes with a fitness center, a skylit pool and an outdoor bar --Buttons will need access to luxurious amenities too! Luckily, developers finally got the memo and started standardizing pet-friendly buildings with 5-star treatments and pet services --and out of those, we found the top 10, Buttons-approved, rentals. 

#1 - MiMa, 450 West 42nd Street

MiMa is a soaring 63-story tower at the nexus of Times Square, Hudson Yards and Hell's Kitchen. It was reported that nearly one-third of all residents in this building are dog owners, so indoor and outdoor play spaces were an asbolute must. The soaring condo-rental hybrid has a Dog City pet center, where owners can arrange for grooming, training and play-dates for their furry friends --and a bone-shaped pool. Owners can also book walking, training and in-home feeding services or take a short walk to picturesque Hudson River Park for some quality play time.

#5 - Abington House, 500 West 30th Street

While dogs are not allowed on the High Line, they can live right next to it at Abington House. The building features a spacious landscaped plaza under the elevated park and provides several High Line-viewing spots great for people-watching and gazing loningly at Hudson River sunsets. The building was designed by Robert AM Stern and stands across the street from Coach’s new headquarters and the Hudson Yards super-development.
