Overview of The Park Loggia at 15 West 61st Street

The Park Loggia is a 33-story luxury condominium that rises at 15 West 61st Street, where Midtown meets the Upper West Side. The astute, clean-cut building, designed by Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (the firm behind One World Trade Center), features floor-to-ceiling windows framed in fluted terra cotta, a delicate nod to the white-columned Lincoln Center complex that rises a block away. Loggias provide cozy, sheltered outdoor space to every Broadway-facing unit, which catch glimpses of Central Park that spans just a block away.

All 160 units feature wide-planked white oak floors, Brazilian quartzite kitchen countertops, and White Carrara finishes in master bathrooms. The building channels an air of glamour throughout, from the canopied porte-cochere driveway and stone-clad, doorman-serviced lobby to the triple-height loggia promenade that wraps around the roof and offers serene lounging space high above the city.

Amenities and services also include a concierge, a sunlit resident lounge with a fireplace, music practice rooms, a screening hall, a children’s playroom, virtual golf, a fitness center, a game room, and landscaped outdoor terraces. The Shops at Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center, Central Park, fine dining, and the Columbus Circle transportation hub are close to the building.

Carter’s Review

"This handsome, 32-story residential tower at 15 West 61st Street on the northwest corner of Broadway was developed in 2019 by AvalonBay Communities.  It has 172 condominium apartments.

It is known as the Park Loggia because all of the east-facing tower units have deep, open loggias and the top floor has a triple-height loggia around its mechanical spaces. "
