Carter’s Review

"This handsome, 15-story apartment building at 220 West 93rd Street was erected in 1926 and designed by Jacob M. Felson, whose other Manhattan buildings include 40, 207 and 145 West 86th Street, 230 Central Park south, 515 West End Avenue , and 350 Central Park West.

The beige-brick building has a one-step-up entrance, and is just to the west of the handsome Neo-classical Congregation Shaare Zedek that was designed by Sommerfeld & Steckler in 1923."
