Renowned architect Jeanne Gang wraps one of Brooklyn’s tallest buildings in a metal façade that ripples like the water of the nearby harbor, which comes in full view from upper-floor apartments. A true collaboration among three celebrated world-class firms – architecture by Studio Gang, interiors by Michaelis Boyd Associates, and landscape architecture by Hollander Design – 11 Hoyt is a visionary building that looks to the future while drawing inspiration from Brooklyn’s rich architectural history and creative spirit.

Many residences feature scalloped window bays that create built-in seating platforms and room for storage. 11 Hoyt offers two distinct finish palettes—Heritage and Classic—inspired by quintessential Brooklyn living and using rich, tactile materials designed to stand the test of time.

11 Hoyt Street is a short distance from Fort Greene Park, but the building offers abundant outdoor space all its own in the from of a 27,000-square-foot private park by Hollander Design. The park was built on a two-story base and offers relaxation and play areas, a hot tub and sun deck, a communal garden, a fitness deck, and grilling areas.

Inside, the 32nd-story Sky Club offers a music rehearsal studio, a screening room that can double as a performance venue, a library with study areas, a golf simulator and virtual game room, and a double-height Sky Lounge enhanced by panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the East River. The third-floor Park Club presents a fitness center curated by The Wright Fit, a 75’ indoor saltwater pool, spa, tech lounge, salon lounge, game room, and children’s playroom.
