Condo located in NoLiTa/Little Italy, between East Houston Street & Prince Street

Description of 260 Bowery

Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, 260 Bowery is clad in architectural masonry designed to complement the creative spirit of NoLita and offers a sanctuary above the hustle and bustle of NYC. Carter Horsley's Review of 260 Bowery

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This very handsome building at 260 Bowery in the Special Little Italy Historic District was erected in 2019 by Premiere Equities and was designed by Morris Adjmi who also designed the adjoining building at 250 Bowery about a decade before.  There are only 5 condominium apartments, the lower four of which are floor-through, three-bedroom units.  The penthouse is a duplex five-bedroom unit with its own roof deck.

This 8-story building, which is between Houston and Stanton streets, has a light brick façade in contrast with the dark façade at 250 Bowery. " Read Carter's Full Review
