What struck you most about this home when you decided to buy it?
We loved its modernity especially the floor-to-ceiling windows with bright southern light. We loved that it was super quiet, in the back of the building and very private. The second bedroom overlooks a vibrant community garden.
We wanted to be close to a subway (can’t get closer), grocery store(s), pharmacy, parks and of course homestyle- and epicurean-type restaurants. Having the gym in the building, with kids, has been crucial... to be able to run down there during a nap while the other parent is upstairs.
Living here has been especially convenient for our family life with the parks so close, for our single friends, neighbors and others we know with so many choices from a variety of bars, restaurants and clubs. 306 checked all the boxes for us and has lived up to all of them. It all adds up to a wonderful neighborhood vibe.
