Description

Modernist, beautiful, and sun filled are the adjectives that come to mind when one walks into 378 Baltic apt 5A. It checks all the boxes on a buyers list: it’s a condo, well located in Boerum Hill, has a terrace! There was a tax abatement, which ends in 2024 and has begun to be phased in. Maintenance and Real estate taxes are still low. For this unit the carrying cost is $460 and the real estate taxes are $64 per month.

The building features an elevator, video intercom system, a gym, laundry room, and roof access.
