Completed in 2014 by Extell Development, One 57 is one of the tallest residential buildings in Manhattan, towering over 1,000 feet tall across 75 stories with spectacular views of Central Park. Located on the north side of 57th Street (between Sixth and Seventh Avenue), One57 was designed by preeminent architect Christian de Portzamparc with interiors by Thomas Juul-Hansen.
