The shower is separate and has three shower heads and a steam shower. There are 3 layers of glass (regular, frosted and crackle). The toilet is by Toto. There are 2 sinks. The towel rack in the shower area is an electric heated shower rack.
There is a plethora of closet space throughout the home. The guest bathroom has a marble floor with chiseled Thassos marble walls. The sink is frosted glass which sits on a black marble counter.
The shower is all marble. The bathroom attached to the guest bedroom has a mosaic tile wall. The tub is a jacuzzi tub with a shower. The glass operating as a shower curtain recesses into the wall and has a built-in drain. In the dining area there is a wall of custom-made glass over the built-in cabinets.
The chandelier was custom made by Modulightor. A smart glass wall separates the living room and the den/bedroom. The glass becomes opaque with the push of a button.
The apartment has three independent zones of central air conditioning. These operate in the kitchen, the primary bedroom, and the living room. The diffusors have been custom constructed and blend in with the decor.
