Carter's Review
This 25-story rental apartment tower wase erected in 1998 by Glenwood Management, one of the major developers of luxury residential towers in the city.
It has 151 apartments and also houses the PS89/IS289 schools.
It was designed by Costas Kondylis and Associates, Richard Cook and Associates and Pasanella + Klein Stolzman + Berg.
The building has an entrance marquee, a 24-hour doorman, a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, a children's playroom, a laundry facility, a bicycle room and a package room.
It is known as TriBeCa Bridge Tower and its address is 450 North End Avenue, which is near the northern end of Battery Park City. It is convenient, as its name implies, to the pedestrian bridge over West Street that leads into the heart of the TriBeCa neighborhood.
The building's asymmetrical massing has four setbacks.
