This attractive, four-story building at 447 Decatur Street between Patchen and Ralph avenues in the Stuyvesant East Historic District in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section in Brooklyn was completed in 2016 by Brookland Capital of which Boaz Gilad is a principal.

It was designed by Arc Architecture + Design Studio.
