Carter’s Review

"This large white-brick apartment east of First Avenue is close to the Sutton Place district and not far from the east Midtown office district. The 20-story building was erected in 1960 and converted to a cooperative in 1979. It has 190 apartments. The doorman building has several terraces and its top floors have some angled windows. At the end of the block to the east is an attractive small park at the foot of Sutton Place overlooking the East River. This lively area has many restaurants and crosstown buses are nearby and there is a subway station at the Citicorp Center just two long blocks to the west."
