"This 11-story residential condominium at 378 Baltic Street in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn has a two-story base with a deeply set-back tower highlighted by two columns of alternating balconies.

In an October 4, 2006 article in The New York Sun, David Lombino wrote that Mr. Chan was president of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership and wanted to "expand and refashion the borough's central business district."" Read Carter's Full Review
