Post House, 533 Pacific Street

A love letter to Brooklyn, Post House is an elegant 11-story condominium development found at 533 Pacific Street in verdant Boerum Hill. The building's timeless design by Workshop/APD is inspired by the Roaring 20s-era post office that previously stood on site. The post office's original keystone arch frames a dramatic new entry arcade, and a patterned metal crown is inspired by the overlapping shape of envelopes. The arch motif is referenced throughout the building's design and is said to pay tribute to the beauty of Brooklyn’s architecture.

Nestled inside is a collection of 41 one- to four-bedroom homes offering residents a community of tranquility and elevated design. The majority of layouts have private balconies, terraces, or covered loggias. All homes, however, feature distressed light-oak floors, oversized picture windows, in-unit washer/dryers, kitchens with custom oak cabinetry and Blue Star ranges; and baths with double vanities, marble floors, and Waterworks fixtures.

Amenities include a doorman, on-site parking, a fitness center with changing rooms and saunas, a children's playroom, a maker's room for arts and crafts, and a pet spa. A landscaped roof deck features an outdoor gym and lounging/dining areas that bestow exceptional panoramic views of the city.
