This very attractive, low-rise group of 5 condominium townhouses at 75 Bond Street on north corner at State Street in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn is known as State & Bond.
It was built by Adam America and designed in 2015 by Ben Hansen.
Each house is 6 stories tall and has a stoop, a garage and a rear garden.

With its central Boerum Hill location in Brooklyn, this is one of the city’s most handsome townhouse rows. Each townhouse has more than 4,000 square feet.
Description
The attached townhouses have Danish brick by Peterson façades with large slightly inset windows with vertical zinc panels in an irregular pattern.
The houses have small stoops over half a story and fenced moats.
The top floor is setback, creating the street-level effect of the buildings having only three stories.
