"The Boerum is a handsome, 19-story condo/hotel development at 265 State Street at Smith Street in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn.

It is expected to be completed in 2016 by the Carlyle Group and Flank and it was designed by Flank, whose other projects include 224 Mulberry Street, the Abington and 441 East 47th Street, and Goldstein Hill & West. It is Flank’s first project in Brooklyn and its biggest. Its principals are Jon Kully and Mick Walsdorf."
