This 6-story building at 509 Pacific Street in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn was erected in 2017 and has 33 condominium apartments.

It was developed by Hopestreet.

Bottom Line

A grayish, rectilinear, stepped and setback box with three top, varied multi-paned tiers in syncopation above two rock-steady tiers soaring above a fundamental base with a relatively narrow setback entrance next to a long, powerful, waterfall-like, textured, dark wall.

We’re talking energy, here.
