Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 8-story, mid-block cooperative apartment building at 102 West 80th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues was erected in 1901 and has 65 apartments.

The building is adjacent to the very handsome Orleans rental apartment building at 100 West 80th Street on the southeast corner of Columbus Avenue that is directly across from the very handsome Warwick Arms cooperative apartment building at 101 West 80th Street.  Both of these buildings were erected about the same time at 102 West 80th Street and they front on Manhattan Square and the rear of the American Museum of Natural History."
