Carter's Review
This attractive, beige-brick, pre-war rental apartment building has an entrance flanked by lanterns and is on one of the city's nicest "high-rise" residential blocks.
Unlike most of the buildings on this block, which is one of the most attractive in the city, it has no sidewalk landscaping. The building has some decorative balconies, an exposed rooftop watertank, consistent fenestration and permits protruding air-conditioners. It has no garage, no concierge, and no health club.
Close to Manhattan Square, the home of the American Museum of Natural History, it is also not far from both Central and Riverside Parks.
It is close to many well-known stores and restaurants and there is good public transportation.
