This very elegant and attractive 13-story, mid-block building at 126 West 73rd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues was erected in 1915 and has 40 co-operative apartments.
It was designed by Buchman & Fox, whose other buildings in Manhattan include 42 West 72nd Street, 118 West 72nd Street, 131 East 23rd Street. 105 Madison Avenue, and 303 Fifth Avenue.
It was converted to a co-operative in 1980.
The building is convenient to an express subway station at Broadway and is not far from Central Park.

A lovely terra cotta, 13-story, mid-block building not far from the 72nd Street express subway station at the heart of the Upper West Side.
