This very elegant and attractive 13-story, mid-block building at 126 West 73rd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues was erected in 1915 and has 40 co-operative apartments.

It was designed by Buchman & Fox, whose other buildings in Manhattan include 42 West 72nd Street, 118 West 72nd Street, 131 East 23rd Street. 105 Madison Avenue, and 303 Fifth Avenue.
