Carter's Review
This pre-war, rental apartment building has an excellent central Upper West Side location and faces the very impressive and handsome Lucerne Hotel directly across the street.
The building has a large lobby with a concierge and a one-story limestone base with arched windows over the entrance. The façade is missing some decorative balconies and has protruding air-conditioners. The building has an exposed rooftop watertank and does not have a garage, or health club and has no sidewalk landscaping.
Its location, however, excellent with many restaurants, boutiques and stores nearby as well excellent public transportation. It is midway between Central and Riverside Parks.
