Carter’s Review

"This handsome, red-brick apartment building was erected in 1932 and converted to a cooperative in 1972.

The building has a two-story limestone base and a setback top with terraces. It has a canopied entrance flanked by lanterns. The building permits protruding air-conditioners and has inconsistent fenestration and no sidewalk landscaping."
