Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 26-story apartment tower overlooks Manhattan Square and the American Museum of Natural History and Central Park and has only 22 apartments.

There is excellent cross-town bus service and a subway station is nearby at 81st Street and Central Park West. There are many restaurants and boutiques along Columbus Avenue and the architecture of most of the buildings surrounding the Natural History museum is very impressive."
