Carter's Review
This very attractive, Art Deco-style, mid-block, 14-story apartment building has 205 rental apartments.
The red-brick building has a limestone base and some handsome terra-cotta façade ornmanentation. It has a canopied entrance with a doorman, consistent fenestration, protruding air-conditioners and a roof deck, but no balconies, no fireplaces, no sidewalk landscaping and no garage.
This is a central Upper East Side location that is convenient to the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts a few blocks to the south and there is an express subway station is at 72nd Street and Broadway. Donald Trump's Riverside South luxury apartment complex is to the west as are some very attractive rows of townhouses. Riverside Park is one block to the north and west.
There is excellent local shopping on Broadway and the West End Day School is nearby.
