"This attractive, 14-story building at 212 West 91st Street on the southeast corner of Broadway was erected in 1922 and designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag, whose other buildings in Manhattan include 55, 91, 101 and 336 Central Park West, 90 Riverside Drive and 885 and 1185 Park Avenue.
The building, which is known as The Greystone, has 363 rental apartments."
