Carter's Review
This attractive, 16-story, apartment building was erected in 1964 and is a cooperative with 95 apartments.
This white-brick building has a good Upper East Side location. It has a canopied entrance with a white marble entrance surround, a doorman, a health club, some terraces, consistent fenestration, a roof deck, discrete air-conditioners, and sidewalk landscaping. It has no garage, and no balconies.
There is good local shopping and good cross-town bus service on 86th Street where there is also an express subway station. There are many nearby food stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is convenient to many schools and cultural and religious institutions. There is considerable traffic on the avenue.
