Carter's Review
This 16-story, mid-block apartment house was built in 1928 and converted to a cooperative in 1982. It has 60 apartments.
The brown-brick building has a two-story limestone base and there are limestone surrounds for the third-floor windows.
It has a very attractive canopied entrance and a 24-hour doorman, but no sidewalk landscaping. It permits protruding air-conditioners.
There are numerous schools and religious and cultural institutions nearby as well as many restaurants.
Public transportation is excellent as is neighborhood shopping.
