"This pleasant, 6-story, apartment building was erected in 1928 and converted to a cooperative in 1988. It has 41 apartments.

It has a roof deck, and no doorman, no sidewalk landscaping, no garage and no health club. It has consistent fenestration and protruding air-conditioners."
