Carter’s Review

"This pleasant gray-brick rental apartment building has a superb location close to Fifth Avenue, Central Park and many major cultural institutions.

It has a canopied entrance with a one-story, polished gray granite base. The building has discrete air-conditioners, a doorman, and an attractive rooftop watertank enclosure. Because the building across the street at the corner is a lovely, large Georgian-style mansion that is the new home of the Serge Sabarsky museum of German Expressionist painting, many apartments have excellent partial, angled views of Central Park. The three top floors have angled corner windows."
