It is also adjacent to the excellent Likitsakos food market and two blocks north of a subway station and excellent cross-town bus service.
The building has a doorman, a one-step up entrance, and sidewalk landscaping. There is a laundry facility on every floor. It permits protruding air-condioners and has no garage and no roof deck and permits no pets.
It is convenient to many schools in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood and many restaurants and stores in the Yorkville neighborhood.
