Carter's Review
This very handsome 7-story building at 1361 Madison Avenue on the northeast corner of 95th Street is one of the most attractive in Carnegie Hill.
It was built in 1902 and has 52 co-operative apartments.
It is across 95th Street from the west façade of the Squadron A Armory on Madison Avenue, the last remaining façade of the armory that fronts on a large mid-block playground behind the castle-like Hunter College Campus Schools designed by Morris Ketchum Jr. in 1969.

This impressive and elegant, pre-war building in Carnegie Hill has a two-story rusticated limestone base with a canopied portico entrance with large apartments, superb bus service and proximity to numerous restaurants.
