Carter's Review
This attractive, 10-story, beige-brick building was erected in 1893 and is a cooperative with 46 apartments.
It is on a very lovely, tree-lined street in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood, close to many private schools and cultural institutions.
It has a two-story limestone base, a doorman, a four-step-up vestibule, a one-step-up, amber marble lobby, and attractive large hanging lanterns flanking the entrance. It has no garage, no health club, and no balconies.
There is good public transportation nearby on 96th Street. There are numerous restaurants and food stores along Madison Avenue and Central Park is only a block away.
