Trafalgar House, 120 East 90th Street: Review and Ratings

between Park Avenue & Lexington Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 120 East 90th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, white-brick, 15-story building was erected in 1963 and converted to a cooperative in 1982. It has 104 apartments.

The mid-block building has a good Carnegie Hill location close to many important cultural institutions and private schools. It has a canopied entrance with sidewalk landscaping, a doorman and a concierge, balconies and terraces, consistent fenestration, and protruding air-conditioners. It has no garage, a doorman, no health club and no roof deck.

There is good cross-town bus service on 86th Street and a subway station at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue.
