Carter's Review
This handsome, Italian Renaissance-palazzo-style building has some nice detailing that includes heraldic decoration, rounded wrought-iron balconies and green spandrels.
The beige-brick rental apartment building has a concierge and a small lobby and a three-story sandstone base. The building has protruding air-conditioners, no garage and no sidewalk landscaping.
It is a short walk from Central Park and a subway station. There is excellent cross-town bus service on this street and many attractive sidewalk cafes on Columbus Avenue just to the south.
