small loft building, formerly a furniture factory. Elevator, laundry room.

Ridiculously cumbersome board application but board members are very nice folks who really are looking for good people to buy. Several creative types on the board including one architect.

Sixth ave at 15th St. A bit busy with pedestrian and car traffic. Not very pretty. But prime location for convenience.
